We use USPS as a carrier to ship your order.  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. RAGARDEN® is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
