1. Returns & Refunds

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Pet wellness products must not have been applied or opened.

Herbal infusions, aromatic hydrosols, and eyeglass cleaners are eligible if they meet the above conditions.

2. Refund Process

Contact Us: Email ragardenlv@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
3. Exchanges

At this time, RAGARDEN® does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
