My 100% Non-Toxic wholesome food.

I never cook with canned food. I buy raw ingredients and cook everything from scratch. In later posts I will share my tips on how to do it efficiently. I use time when I work, read, and sleep, and still prep my food:)) I buy NON-GMO and Organic. I buy grass-fed/grass finish meat. I use wild seafood only. All dairy products should come from grassfed only, no grain fed farms. I buy non- homogenized milk and make overnight my own yogurt. I bake my own bread. In other words, I am in control what I eat. Someone might say it take lots of time? It does take time. But I manage to do it, as I said, efficiently! But this will be in the next post:)
