Fresh Aloe Vera leaf is a simple solution. Aloe Vera includes saponins.These are soapy substances from the gel that is capable of cleansing and having antiseptic properties. The saponins perform strongly as anti-microbial against bacteria, viruses, fungi, and yeasts.
