Eucalyptus Face Steam to ease your sinus.

Be prepared to ease your sinus. Keep dried eucalyptus leaves in your pantry closet. This technique is a great one to keep in mind if cough or congestion strikes this year. It called: Eucalyptus Face Steam.

Herbal Face Steam Ingredients:

1) Medium size pot

2) Water 3-4 cups

3) 5-7 eucalyptus leaves

4) 2 large towels

How to prepare:

Put water in the bottom of your pot and bring to boil. Crush and add eucalyptus leaves to boiling water, cover with a lid and reduce heat. Simmer for 2-3 min. Fold a towel in half and place on a sturdy, heat-proof, flat surface like a counter or table. Place the pot or bowl on top of this towel. Open the lid and put your face right above the open pot. Cover your head with another towel, creating kind like a tent:) Be careful, steam is hot, adjust the face distance as you feel comfortable temperature. Breath in and out. Enjoy your Eucalyptus Face Steam for up to 7min.
