HOW TO enjoy eating legumes without side effects of uncomfortable gaseous situations? It is that simple!
Do not avoid these TWO RULES when cooking Dried Beans (legumes). 1) SOAK beans (legumes) in water up to 12 hours before cooking them, drain soaking water and rinse them very good. 2) COOK beans (legumes) in boiling water until they are tender, drain cooking water and rinse them very good.
