We all can get sick from time to time. Here is how I manage the situation if it happens.
1) First symptoms of sickness - get bed rest for 2-3 days. Attack the cause (virus, bacteria, fungus) of sickness - wormwood tea every 2 hours for 3 days. Gargle with baking soda and sea salt 3-4 times a day. 2) Disinfect and eliminate the cause of sickness (virus, bacteria, fungus) from the body - lemongrass tea every 3 hours for 5 days. 3) Feed my cells with new nutrients - olive leaves/or blueberries leavers or bilberry leaves tea two times a day for 10 days.
